SMS TERMS.

These terms describe the Juniors Materials LLC text messaging program for customers of haulingaustintx.com. Our business is located at 168 Mustang Creek North Loop, Hutto, TX 78634.
What we send
With your consent, Juniors Materials LLC sends text message updates and responses to transportation and materials customers about quote requests, requested pricing and products offered at www.haulingaustintx.com, orders, delivery and transportation scheduling, and customer support. If you separately opt in to promotional texts, we may also send product announcements, pricing offers, and service promotions. Messages may be sent using automated technology, including an automatic telephone dialing system where applicable.
How you opt in
Enter your mobile number on our quote request form, select the optional checkbox for the message category you want, and submit the form. Service updates and promotional texts have separate choices. Neither box is checked in advance. By selecting the promotional checkbox and submitting, you electronically sign the promotional consent shown on the form. You may choose either category, both, or neither. Consent is not a condition of purchase or receiving a quote. You can request a quote by email or phone without enrolling in texts.
If you text us first, we may respond to that inquiry. Starting a conversation does not subscribe you to unrelated promotions or an ongoing recurring messaging program. When you opt in, we may send a message confirming your signup.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your requests, orders, delivery activity, and selected preferences. Message and data rates may apply to messages you send or receive. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your text or data plan.
Cancel text messages
Reply STOP to any message from us, or text STOP to 512-982-4065, to cancel at any time. You may receive one final, non-promotional confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that, we will not send further messages requiring consent unless you opt in again. We also honor other clear requests to stop messages. You can contact us at juniorsmaterials2@gmail.com or call 512-982-4065 to request that we stop. Please identify the affected mobile number.
Join again
To request messages again, use the quote request form and provide fresh consent for the categories you want. If your number remains blocked after a previous STOP request, contact us by email or phone for help restoring messaging. Sending a new quote request without selecting a texting checkbox does not re-enroll you.

Reply HELP to a message from us or text HELP to 512-982-4065 for help. You can also call 512-982-4065 or email juniorsmaterials2@gmail.com. Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday, 7 AM to 1 PM, Central Time. We are closed Sunday.
Delivery and carriers
Messaging availability depends on your mobile carrier, device, and network. Delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
Read our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect your mobile information and consent. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information or texting consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
