PRIVATE ROADS.
LONG DRIVEWAYS.AUSTIN & CENTRAL TEXAS

A ranch entrance, farm lane, or long driveway needs to work from the road to the far end of the property. We bring grading, hauling, road-base installation, and recycled asphalt millings placement together, with drainage considered before the surface goes down. Tell us where the route needs to go, what vehicles use it, and which stretches need attention.

BUILD THE ROUTE.
MAKE THE ACCESS WORK.

A new surface starts with the way you use the property. Choose the scope around the route, the ground, and the vehicles it needs to carry.

Build a new private road.

Bring clearing, grading, hauling, road-base placement, and compaction into one plan for a long driveway, ranch lane, or farm pathway.

Rebuild a worn or washed-out lane.

Ruts, soft ground, loose edges, and failed crossings may need more than another load of rock. Discuss the grade and drainage alongside repairs to the surface.

Install recycled asphalt millings.

We deliver, spread, and compact reclaimed asphalt millings for driveways, rural roads, and farm pathways. Compare the material with a road-base surface or new asphalt for your intended use.

THE WHOLE ROUTE.

Plan my road project

A few measurements and photos help us discuss the road as a complete project.

  • Property address and approximate road length and width.
  • Cars, horse trailers, delivery trucks, or farm equipment using the route.
  • Photos of the entrance, surface, soft spots, slopes, and water crossings.
  • New construction, a complete rebuild, or selected sections needing repair.
  • Preferred surface, project timing, and any existing plans or specifications.

If the entrance crosses roadside drainage or follows civil plans, include those plans and any crossing requirements in the request. If your crew will place its own material, ask for delivery only.

GROUND FIRST.
SURFACE SECOND.

01

Review the route.

Talk through vehicle use, ground conditions, access, and where runoff crosses the lane.

02

Agree on the build.

Define clearing, grading, drainage, haul-off, material selection, and the section to be installed.

03

Place and compact.

Prepare the ground, bring in the selected material, then spread, compact, and finish the agreed surface.

FIRST LOAD.

Do you build private roads and long driveways?

Yes. Juniors Materials provides private-road, ranch-lane, farm-pathway, and long-driveway work, including grading, road-base installation, and recycled asphalt millings placement and compaction. The scope is planned around the site and the vehicles using it.

Do you install recycled asphalt millings?

Yes. We deliver, spread, and compact reclaimed asphalt millings for driveways, rural roads, and farm pathways. Share the route dimensions, current ground conditions, and expected vehicles so we can discuss whether millings suit the project.

Can drainage be included in a road repair?

Yes. Grading, culvert installation, and drainage improvements can be discussed alongside road work. Photos of washouts, low areas, and water crossings help establish what the route needs.

What determines the road project quote?

Route dimensions, soil and ground conditions, clearing and haul-off, drainage, material choice, vehicle loads, site access, placement, and compaction determine the scope. Send approximate measurements and site photos to start the conversation.
